I Understand the Weight of Being the One Where the Buck Stops
Most people see the success, the provider role, and the stability you offer. What they don’t see is the 2:00 AM mental math, the decision fatigue that makes picking dinner feel impossible, and the constant hum of the business that can keep you from being fully present with your kids.
I work with men who carry the heavy mantle of ownership. Whether you built your company from the ground up, bought into an existing firm, or took over a family legacy, the pressure is the same: It all rests on you. You are realizing that the business you lead to provide for your family can easily pull you away from the very people you are doing it for.
The Personal Side: Owner, Father, and the Reality of Sacrifice
I am a business owner and a father myself. I know exactly what it feels like to make the difficult decision to work a little extra, choosing the long-term security of your family over the immediate moments at home. I’ve lived the tension of being physically present while mentally calculating the next move, sacrificing time today to ensure their future finances are solid tomorrow.
I understand the internal weight of that trade-off. It comes from a place of deep responsibility, the desire to provide a life for your children. But I also know the quiet cost of that always on mentality. I do this work because I believe you shouldn't have to choose between being a high-performing owner and the present, connected father your kids deserve.
My Approach: Structured and Direct
If you are looking for someone to just nod and ask how you feel for an hour, I am likely not the right fit.
My background is in Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I treat our sessions like a high-level debrief. We don’t just talk about the stress; we identify the mechanics of the friction, the irritability, the burnout, or the inability to switch of. We build a concrete framework to fix them.
The Goal
A legacy isn’t just a bank account or a successful exit; it’s the way your children remember you being present in their lives.
I’m here to help you keep your competitive edge in the business world while ensuring you aren’t a stranger in your own home. We work together to make sure the empire you are leading doesn't cost you the family you are leading it for.
